ABSTRACT
At the moment the Congress and the Executive Power establish forums about public policies for production, marketing and consumption of marijuana it is proposed that the ruling of the Supreme Court means a fundamental trigger that should be considered, because the prohibitionist scheme is turning into recognizing the people’s rights to produce and consume this drug far away from the safety measures and punitive populism that has tackled this topic.
