This text seeks to inform the repercussion over the services that are offered to the disabled population thanks to the way it has been conceptualized, not letting them to exercise their rights with the same conditions than people without a disability. It emphasizes the UNAM as one of the most important Superior Education Institution of Mexico and Latin America, who has answered to the inclusion of disabled people to exercise their right to access this educational level.
