End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model application and its measuring in digital kiosks: Aguascalientes’ Case

End-user satisfaction has been studied for many scholars along the last few decades, and the EUCS model has been validated in many different online applications, like banking, shopping and Web site utilization. This study has, as main goal, to use the model developed by Doll & Torkzadeh (1988) to the digital kiosk users locates in the city of Aguascalientes Mexico. The final objective is to validate that this model can be employed in a different culture behavior and in an electronic device based on self-service technology actions.
