ABSTRACT

Krautrock: the Noise Aesthetics, Intertextuality in a Silence Revolution

Adolfo Noé Sarabia Palacios

The surrealism influence, as well as the pop movements and vanguards, the machines and the inhumane noise are elements that constitute the Krautrock as a musical style with no defined shapes but with distinctive elements. These elements belong to a sonority that transformed the musical tendencies into a subversive element, within the incorporation of noise, synthetic noises, resonances and repetition. In this text, an exploration of the musical genre is conducted from different aesthetic and literary points of view, in order to conceive its subversive and transcendent character.

Keywords: intertextuality, différance, parody, minor literature, concrete music, krautrock, noise.
