Argentina year 2002. This is the case of a country which is in a territory but that has lost the sense of Nation. From this premise, based in the many offenses and humiliations it has been suffering for the last years from abroad, proposals are given to recover the sense of "the national" in population, making a critical educative proposition to establish a "national project".
