Basic elements for indexing articles on the net : the case of SciELO

This text explains in a concise matter how to potentiate the visibility of scientific articles by its indexation in electronic libraries, such as the SciELO Project. It also illustrates the importance of the metadata’s SciELO markup with the XML language.
