The covid-19 pandemic configured new educational scenarios, however, the return to face-to-face classes added new responsibilities to educational administrators, from taking care of the health of the school community under their competence to generating new ways of relating to prevent greater uncertainties. In this sense, in the school zone 007 of Telesecundaria de Candelaria, Campeche, the directors resignified their educational leadership in attention to teachers, students and fathers, mothers and / or guardians. The objective of this work was to analyze post-pandemic managerial leadership during the first quarter of the 2022-2023 school year. The design of the research used was descriptive since it focused on pointing out the characteristics of the population studied, while the semi-structured interview was used as the data collection technique. After the analysis and interpretation of the data obtained, it was determined that the managerial leadership started from collaborative work with responsibility, empathy, and school management to guarantee the educational service to the school communities.
