Challenges of the student experience in SUAyED

The objective of this testimony is to show the experience of a former student of the Bachelor of Pedagogy, distance modality, of the Open University and Distance Education System (suayed), of the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the unam, from the point of view of the student and the teacher. First, we discuss some of the characteristics of these educational modalities, also called non-face-to-face education. Subsequently, we address some of the challenges that students face in this bachelor, in particular related to the development of writing skills. Some other difficulties that a student of the distance system may encounter are shown, such as carrying out some school procedures that require personal assistance of the faculty.
